LIFT is our strength training program focused on strength training principles and utilising compounds to improve your strength. The LIFT classes are run in blocks, changing every 8-12 weeks.

THE SHRED ROOM
THE SHRED ROOM is our high-energy cardio HIIT class. Expect short bursts of intensity, minimal rest, and a workout that keeps you moving from start to finish.
TEAMS
TEAMS is all about training together. Pair up and tackle a mix of strength, cardio, and conditioning workouts where teamwork is key. Push the pace, support your partner, and keep each other moving from start to finish.
SCULPT LAB
SCULPT LAB is our Pilates-inspired class designed to build strength, stability, and control. Drawing from Pilates, barre, and power yoga, this class focuses on slow, controlled movements, core activation, and full-body sculpting to leave you feeling strong and balanced.
